Incubated this startup solution ( when I was leading the entire SAP IoT Program ) . Among multiple projects I chose this to give full support in my free time as I felt the team was hungry and ready to go the extra mile. I did design thinking , product management and UX support from low-fidelity to hi -fidelity till the shipped solution .
This came first and the NBA ( National Basketball Association US app) came second in the global SAP Innovation Awards 🙂

Whats the short idea : 3 personas
FLEET OWNER : Persona 1 : Imagine you are a Fleet owner who has a big fleet of expensive IoT telematics enabled trucks from Manufacturer A. You want to monitor them as they are delivering goods across the country. You want them up and running all the time as you have SLA’s and you want to break even fast.
SERVICE ENGINEER : Persona 2 : You are the Service Engineer for Manufacturer A. Manufacturer A wants to monitor the trucks and the alerts from the sensors as you have a free warranty on them. You also want to monitor so that you can get insights from the big data generated by the telematics solution and improve your product .
SALES CHAP : Persona 3 : You are the Service Station sales engineer of a local showroom who services multibrand trucks. You are constantly on the lookout to increase business and you get RFQ along with telematics data of passing trucks in your area who are in trouble. You bid for RFQ’s.
