Coached and conducted lots of design thinking workshops as part of projects. Led and was the SPoc for the SAP Co- Innovation Lab IoT program (incubated 7-10 startup solutions every year for 2 years ). One of them won SAP’s biggest award ( Fleet Management and Analytics ).
Research Toolkits : NOT JUST CHILD’S PLAY
Came up with a Design Thinking IoT Discovery Kit (using paper and lego models ) for fostering physical design discovery for IoT use cases. This was critical in helping teams ideate and storytell with physical immersion which helped bring out way more user scenarios. (It’s also published as an HCI paper)
Below : The laser cut IoT use case discovery kit with hundreds of paper models which can easily construct yards,factories,buildings , cities etc for physical immersion and storytelling in Design Thinking sessions.
A variation of this also became a permanent installation in SAP Leonardo Centers for customer journey storytelling.
