Led the research , design and development of the first and only major UX revamp into responsive design of SAP’s flagship HCM (Employee Self Service and Manager Self service ) modules (on prem with over 10,000 customers). Shipped everything and it got a 9.0 customer approval ratings.
A lot of the UI thought process went forward into building future SAP Fiori Design principles.

After this project I got awarded with a SAP HiPo (High Potential Award).
